City Women claimed victory in the South Wales Derby on Sunday afternoon with a 3-1 win over Swansea City.
MATCH SUMMARY
The Bluebirds started the contest well and created early chances, with Lily Billingham, Kate Oakley and Ffion Price all going close.
Despite City's fast start, it was the visitors who took the lead against the run of play, as Taite Trivett netted from distance.
The reaction was positive however, with an equaliser coming before the break. Oakley's low cross into the area was turned into her own net by Jessica Williams.
For the remainder of the fixture, City had control of possession and it looked inevitable that a second goal would come.
It eventually came in the 83rd minute, as substitute Haile Richards was felled in the area before firing home from the penalty spot.
The victory was secured three minutes later, as Price's corner delivery was headed home by Shannon Evans.
PRE-MATCH | NOAH BUSHBY
"I've said many times this season that we're taking it game by game. Now, our focus has turned to Swansea City.
"It's a huge game, not only for the players, the coaches and all the staff, but also for the fans as well.
"They travelled in their numbers to support us last week against Briton Ferry Llansawel and we put in a great performance. We're grateful for that support.
"Our sole focus now is on Sunday's game and the aim for us is to go out there and put in a top performance."

"Sunday's game is massive to us as a Club. It’s the South Wales Derby and we will be sure not to shy away from the game. We will be going into it with one mentality and that’s to win.
"We know that we need to keep our standards high, this a tough league and if we drop off slightly, we will be punished. As you can see from our scores the last six games, we have high standards and are maintaining them every week.
