EARLIER THIS SEASON

It hasn't been long since the Bluebirds and the Tykes did battle. Barnsley visited Cardiff City Stadium on January 27th, 2026.

On a fine evening for BBM's men, Perry Ng opened the scoring early on from a tight angle, having been found by Ollie Tanner.

Nathan Trott made a fine stop to keep out now Wrexham-man Davis Keillor-Dunn's curling effort, before Chris Willock doubled City's lead ahead of half-time.

It was an impressive showing by Willock and he turned provider in the second half for Omari Kellyman to slot home City's third.

Willock wasn't done scoring and scored our fourth of the evening, capitalising on a poor defensive pass, and dinking over the goalkeeper.
