KNOW YOUR OPPONENT | CURRENT FORM
The Imps have enjoyed an impressive rise in the last decade. Lincoln City have won two promotions, an EFL Trophy and a seven season stint in Sky Bet League One since 2016/17.
Considering their current form, they'll be hoping to finish their time in League One at the conclusion of this campaign, and return to the second tier for the first time since 1961.
Lincoln City have 71 points in League One after 34 fixtures - one less than the Bluebirds. They also have a ten point gap to the chasing pack. The Imps have scored five fewer goals than BBM's men, but have also conceded five fewer times, with the teams sharing the same goal difference after an equal amount of games.
Our opponents on the weekend have been on a remarkable run. They have gone 17 league matches unbeaten. Their last league defeat came back on November 22nd, losing on the road to Wycombe Wanderers. Of their five league losses this term, four of them have come during away fixtures.

KNOW YOUR OPPONENT | THE Imps
Goalkeeper George Wickens is Lincoln City's only ever present in the league this season. He has 13 clean sheets this term - the most of any goalkeeper in our league. Sam Walker and City's Nathan Trott have 12 clean sheets, while Nathan has played three games fewer.
The Imps have shared the goals out this term. Reeco Hackett is their current top goalscorer with eight strikes, while Freddie Draper, Rob Street and Jack Moylan each have seven strikes. Impressively, Hackett also tops their assist chart, creating eight goals. The closest to him in terms of assists is Moylan, with five.
Their captain is 34-year-old former Burnley, Nottingham Forest and Wigan Athletic man Tendayi Darikwa. The right-back linked up with the Imps during the summer of 2024 and was named captain ahead of the current campaign.

KNOW YOUR OPPONENT | SKUBALA ON THE CLASH
Speaking to Lincoln City FC last weekend about the upcoming clash, boss Michael Skubala said: “I just think it’s exciting, and I think that is what you live for. It is not going to dictate where we are, how we will be successful. It is one game.
"I think we can go there, proud, we can go there with good travelling fans who will get excited, and we can be us. We can really take it to Cardiff [City], in their big stadium, big atmosphere and enjoy it.
"If we come out with something sensational, if we come up with a win, even better. But again, it is just another three points, it really is.”
