Pledgeball | Attend our workshop on January 24th!

Tell Us Your Story
Travelling to and from the game is a big part of the matchday experience.

To ensure that travel is as easy as possible for our fans and that any travel solutions benefit our community in the long term, we'd like to invite you to join us for a workshop.

The event takes place prior to the Stockport County fixture at Cardiff City Stadium on January 24th. At this workshop, we will be hearing from you, the fans, about what you want to see for the future of fan travel at Cardiff City FC.

To lead this discussion, we will be working with Pledgeball, a charity committed to giving fans a voice on sustainability in sport, and specifically on measures helping to look after our local areas, green spaces, and pitches.

We will be running this workshop from 10:15am - 11:45am.

Come down, have your say! Food and refreshments provided.

If you are interested, please RSVP at rsvp@pledgeball.org or fill out the following form by clicking here!

Entering the Stadium

We are also on the lookout for lifelong City fans who would like to be interviewed, specifically about how their matchday routine and how travelling to Cardiff City Stadium may have evolved over time.

We aim to hear about everything from the past to the present, as well as your visits to local landmarks and relevant locations around the city.

The interviews will be part of content that showcases the joy of travelling to the game sustainably. For this, we are seeking:

  • Two or more long-term fans from the same family/friendship group.
  • Fans who have travelled to the game via public transport/ walked/ cycled.
  • Fans who consent to be filmed telling us about their matchday experience.

Interested fans should email rsvp@pledgeball.org today!
