Joel Bagan spoke to the press after Cardiff City’s emphatic 4-0 win against Plymouth Argyle on Saturday.
The 23-year-old has been part of a Bluebirds defence that has kept six clean sheets in eight games so far this season.
“It was the perfect day in the end. Four goals, another three points and to stay top of the league.” Bagan began. "It’s just been a great start staying unbeaten for the first six games.
“I think from the first game and in pre-season, we’re getting used to playing with each other every day. Coming through the Academy makes it easier, as we all know each other. Every week we’re getting stronger and stronger, and you can see that in the performances.”

Joel spoke about the impact of Brian Barry-Murphy since his arrival at the Club, and the positive atmosphere in the dressing room and stands alike.
He said: “I think it started from the first day we came back in pre-season; Brian made it clear that he wanted everyone to forget about last season. There was a fresh start for everyone.
"The way we’re playing now, it’s a completely different style, and the fans today from the first minute - it was bouncing around the place! There’s a really refreshing feeling here, and hopefully that can continue.”

City's next test is on September 13th as we travel to Stockport Country, with Joel hoping to keep up his fine individual form after the international break.
“You want to be in a team that wants the ball. I feel better when I’ve got the ball and involved in the game. I want to keep working on that and get some goals and assists now as well.”
