PRE-MATCH | IAIN DARBYSHIRE
Ahead of the contest, head coach Iain Darbyshire said: "The last few weeks have been good for us. We've played some great football at times, whilst having to manage a few injuries. It's not been as clean and accurate as we'd have liked, but at this point of the year, it's just about getting wins on the board and moving onto the next game.
"We haven't been as accurate on the ball as we can be of late and we have presented the opposition with opportunities to hurt us. Being a team that strives for perfection, we're winning games and performing, but we need to keep pushing those standards and if we do that, we'll come out with good results.
"The players drive those standards a lot. They know when we've won games but haven't played at our best. They always strive for better. We are performing well enough to get wins, but it's about pushing ourselves as much as we can.
"We want to win every competition that we're in. There will be a strong starting XI, but also some young players that we'll look to introduce during the game. We'll not take the challenge of facing Flint lightly. They're a side that we expect to be physical and direct in their approach. We know we can't take our foot off the gas."
PRE-MATCH | AMY LONG
Having scored in both of the last two fixtures, Amy Long added: "I was so pleased to get my first goal for the Club. First and foremost, I'm just happy to be on the pitch and I'll play wherever I'm needed, but it's been nice recently to play in midfield. I'm comfortable in the full-back role but I really enjoy being in that natural position of midfield.
"We're in a great run of form at the minute and we're looking to push forward with Sunday's game in the cup. Playing in front of our fans is going to be great for us.
"Form-wise, we're doing very well but we know that this is just a snippet of what's to come. We know that we can improve game on game and we're looking forward to that.
"I'm sure will Flint will come down and make things difficult for us. They'll look to stay in the game and cause us problems. Going into this season, we've set the targets of winning every domestic competition, so we head into Sunday with a lot of focus."
OPPOSITION FOCUS
This weekend's opponents compete in the Adran North, the second tier of Welsh domestic football.

In the Adran Trophy, the side were drawn in Group 4 with Llanfair United, Bangor and Llangefni Town.
Their campaign began with a 3-2 victory over Llanfair United, before a 2-1 win over Bangor. Their final group game was a 4-1 loss to Llangefni Town but their place in the next round was secured.
