City boss Brian Barry-Murphy spoke to the press ahead of our clash with Birmingham City this coming weekend.
The Bluebirds have picked up four points from the last two fixtures, while the Blues have won their last three Sky Bet Championship games.
"Coming back to our home stadium we're all really excited to build on our momentum.
"Our full focus has been on Birmingham City. We're playing against a team who are arguably in the best form in the division.
"They possess so many different ways of attacking and winning game themselves.
"We know it is going to be an incredibly tough challenge but it is one we're relishing and looking forward to and intent on trying to win."
Gabriel Osho will miss Saturday's fixture following his dismissal against Middlesbrough. Brian confirmed the Club had appealed the red card, but were unsuccessful.
He continued: "We appealed it because we felt like we had a good case. Certain things in that game didn't go our way. Jack Moylan was through on goal and was pulled down.
"The feedback from the assessor was he clipped his own heels and we explained that was because he was pulled by the defender. But, it is what it is. We can't control it. We have to look to the next game now."
There was some positive news relating to City's No.9 & 10.
Brian added: "Yousef [Salech] is back in full training. He's fit and should be good to go.
"Rubin [Colwill] is close. We're not quite sure on him yet for this weekend."
