PRE-MATCH | TREY GEORGE

Ahead of the contest, attacker Trey George said: “We are feeling positive and excited for the game because we’ve still got a chance to get into the playoffs after Friday’s win.

“It will be a tough game against Colchester, especially with it being away. They’ve got some good players, so we will need to concentrate for the whole game.

“It’s important for us to take the positives from Friday’s game and play with confidence because we know we’re a good team, but we just need to be more consistent in front of goal. It was a great feeling to be able to help the team get three points, which could be crucial come the end of the season. I’m just focused on getting six points and getting into the playoffs.”

LAST TIME OUT

George bagged a brace on the day, taking the lead in the first half and later adding his second following the hosts' equaliser with 20 minutes of play remaining.
