Lisa Owen has been a crucial part of Cardiff City FC Women since joining in 2014.

The energetic full-back has won the Adran Premier title in the 2022/23, 2023/24 and 2024/25 seasons, whilst also lifting the Adran Trophy in 2024.

Owen has won the Bute Energy Welsh Cup five times and has played in the UEFA Women's Champions League in three separate campaigns.
