Ronan joined the Academy at U8 level during his Pre-Academy years.

The right-back has represented Wales at all levels up to U19 and has captained his country several times during this period.

He signed his first professional contract in July 2024 and made his professional debut in August of that year in a Carabao Cup tie with Bristol Rovers.

Ronan made his first League start on the final day of the 2024/25 season at Norwich City, scoring his first senior goal on the opening day of the 2025/26 campaign in a 2-1 victory over Peterborough United.
