Scarlett Baker-Perry signed for Cardiff City FC Women in February 2025.

The attacker, who previously represented the FAW Academy, made her Senior Team debut in a 3-1 victory over The New Saints in March 2025.

Also gaining experience with our U19s squad, the end of the 2024/25 campaign saw Baker-Perry play a key role in an U19 National Play-Off Final against Wrexham, in which she was on the scoresheet.

Her first goal for the Senior Team came in a 6-1 win over Aberystwyth Town in the Adran Premier in October 2025.
