Cardiff City FC welcomed goalkeeper Nathan Trott to the Club in August 2025.

Nathan spent time with Valencia at youth level, before joining West Ham United in 2016. He had spells on loan with AFC Wimbledon, Nancy and Vejle before joining Copenhagen on a permanent deal in the summer of 2024.

Trott made his debut in a goalless draw with Port Vale, and became the first goalkeeper in City history to start their club career with five clean straight sheets - previously Neil Etheridge, Tony Elliott and Germaine George had all began life as a Bluebird with three clean sheets in their first three appearances.

After a hugely successful loan spell, Nathan agreed to a permanent deal with the Bluebirds, putting pen-to-paper on a contract until the summer of 2029.
