Gillian Keenan became a Bluebird in July 2026.

The exciting attacker spent her career in her native Republic of Ireland, first representing Kilkenny United and Peaumont United.

After a spell at Treaty United, she joined Athlone Town in January 2022 and went on to be part of the side that won the club’s first league title in 2024.

Following her time with the Town, Keenan rejoined Treaty United for a second spell.

Gillian’s signing followed the return of centre-back Ella Hilliard to the Club and was Noah Bushby’s second signing as our head coach.
