Celebrating success: Premier League Transition Project

Over the last 12 months, we’ve been assisting Year 6 pupils in Cwrt Rawlin and Twyn primary schools in Caerphilly & Millbank and Herbert Thompson primary schools in Ely, who have been making the move into secondary school life.

Last week, we held assemblies for schools and parents to reflect on the past year and celebrate the success of each pupil who has been part of the project.

Bartley visits Gelli Primary…

The Bluebirds Charity had a special guest join us at Gelli Primary School last week, as Bartley Bluebird helped present pupils with their Premier League Primary Stars Kit that will inspire them to stay active.

Bartley also showed off some of his best Super Moves before posing for photos with each year group.
