Just over three hours after the U18s were done scoring - City's First Team at Stoke City began finding the net again. Rubin Colwill, Mark Harris & Kieffer Moore all hitting the onion bag within five minutes as City turned a 3-0 deficit into an admirable draw. It almost got even better, but Harris' late strike was ruled out by the offside flag.

On Sunday, it was the turn of Cardiff City FC Women - who welcomed Port Talbot Town to Cardiff International Sports Campus.

Monday night football took place in Swansea this week. City's U23 squad put their 100% league record on the line against local rivals Swansea City in PDL action. Jai Semenyo's early strike gave the Bluebirds a perfect start but their hosts pegged them back as Lincoln McFayden scored.

It wouldn't be a City U23 match this season without Chanka Zimba making his mark, and the forward did so again after 29 minutes, powering home a header to put his side ahead from Eli King's cross. Ten minutes later, it was three, as Isaak Davies showed his clinical side in front of goal. Four goals in the opening half, but none in the second - the Bluebirds comfortably seeing out victory. Our U23 side making it eight straight wins from eight league matches this term.

City goalscorers: Semenyo (3'), Zimba (29'), Davies (34').
