TICKET OFFICE UPDATE: FRIDAY DEC 6

Please note that the Cardiff City Ticket Office will be closing at 3pm today, Friday December 6th, reopening at 1pm on Monday December 9th following some on-site technical works. As such, no telephone calls or visitors will be taken over the weekend or on Monday morning.

However, services will continue as during this time online sales are still possible via eTicketing.

At 1pm on Monday, December 9th tickets for Cardiff City versus West Bromwich Albion will go on general sale to members of our ticketing database only, in addition to Gold and Silver members who can still purchase. Tickets will be available via all normal channels. The match takes place at 3pm, Saturday December 14th at Cardiff City Stadium.

Also at 1pm on Monday, Silver members will be able to purchase tickets to the Southampton and Sunderland matches on December 26th and December 28th respectively.
