On Friday afternoon we will be launching the first of a number of dedicated Cardiff City surveys, asking our valued 2014/15 Season Ticket Holders for views and input surrounding our match-day experience.

The survey forms part of our 'Bluebirds for Life' initiative, with enhanced dialogue between the Club and supporters a vital component as we move forward this year.

Season Ticket Holder survey responses will help identify initial trends and wider opinions on multiple touch-points at Cardiff City Stadium. The responses will also help us drill down and focus on key areas of interest, enabling future in-depth conversations with those interested in contributing to our off field progress.

Current Season Ticket Holders who would like to update the Ticket Office with their primary email address have the following options:

1. Update your account settings via eTicketing. This is our preferred method.

2. Call the Ticket Office on 0845 345 1400, quoting your fan number and details.
