We are delighted to announce that as part of our digital revolution and enhanced fan engagement program, Cardiff City FC has been shortlisted for ‘Best Venue Project’ for the 2016 Install Awards.
The nomination comes on the back of nearly a year’s worth of digital improvements throughout Cardiff City Stadium. This has seen nine new Ricoh HD projectors from 120-179" adorn each of our stands and hospitality zones at CCS, showing live matches on game day as well as a wealth of in-house produced club content that promotes all levels of football as well as weekly Bluebirds news.
DIGITAL SIGNAGE, STATZONES & STADIUM APP
In addition, the Club now has digital signage and statzones present throughout its hospitality areas and concourses (courtesy of Sony UK and Tripleplay), whilst the establishment of a Stadium App (now with over 9,000 subscribers) and an IPTV network allows us to send out our key messages to more digital platforms than ever before, thus maximising reach, the effect of our content and value for our sponsors.
