Following his 93rd minute winner against Southampton on Saturday, Ken Zohore spoke about the performance whilst looking towards the Bluebirds' upcoming run of fixtures.
The striker, who came on as a substitute in the second half at St Mary's Stadium, began by sharing his feelings on scoring the winning goal - his first ever strike in the Premier League.
"Scoring the goal felt good," said Zohore. "Everybody knows that I've had a tough year with injuries and not playing so much, so for me to come on and get the winner was a big thing for me and the team.
"It's massive [to get back-to-back wins] and the team played well after a tough week, as we all know. It was good to get the three points."
City's victory over the Saints gave them their second consecutive win, as they secured a first Premier League double of the campaign.
When asked about the side's recent form, as well as the run of games ahead, Zohore added: "We've always known we have it in us to get results, so it's just about keeping going.
"It's all about the team spirit and how we play as a team; it's not about the individuals."
