Rubin and Sparky selected for Wales action

Rubin Colwill and Mark Harris have been named by Rob Page in the Wales squad for their upcoming UEFA Nations League matches against Belgium and Poland.

The attacking duo have been named in the last five consecutive Wales squads, with Page's men looking to retain their League 'A' status over the next seven days.

Callum O'Dowda, Callum Robinson
O'Dowda returns to Republic of Ireland squad

After an excellent start to his City career, Callum O'Dowda has been named in Stephen Kenny's Republic of Ireland squad for the first time since November 2020.

The attacker, who has international 23 caps to his name, will be joined in the squad by fellow Bluebirds forward Callum Robinson, who has featured for the Boys in Green on 29 occasions.

The Republic of Ireland face Scotland and Armenia in their final two UEFA Nations League matches, and will be looking to catch league leaders Ukraine.

Whyte called up by Northern Ireland

Gavin Whyte has once again been named in the Northern Ireland squad for their upcoming fixtures with Kosovo and Greece.

The Green and White Army currently sit third in their UEFA Nations League 'C' group, with two points to their name from four matches.

Ollie Denham
Denham joins King in Wales U21 squad

Ollie Denham and Eli King have been selected by new Wales U21 boss Matt Jones in his first camp as manager.

The duo have previously represented the U21 side on several occasions, with Denham called into the senior squad for the summer matches against Ukraine, Poland, Holland and Belgium.

This time around, the Young Dragons face Austria in Vienna in a friendly fixture.

James Crole
Young Bluebirds named in Wales age group squads

Joel Colwill, Morgan Wigley and James Crole will link up with the Welsh U19 side in their bid to qualify for the 2023 UEFA U19 European Championship.

The Young Dragons will face Hungary and the Republic of Ireland at Nantporth Stadium in Bangor, before then heading the the Racecourse Ground in Wrexham, where they will host Gibraltar.

At U17 level, five City players have been selected for action. Luey Giles, Troy Perrett, Luke Armstrong, Dylan Lawlor and Gabrielie Biancheri will be in contention to face France in two friendly matches.
