Cardiff City continued their 2020/21 preparations on Friday 28th August, facing Bristol Rovers in a 4x35-minute match at the Memorial Stadium.

The Bluebirds followed up Tuesday's 3-0 win over Newport County with a 2-1 victory on the road – City's goals coming courtesy of Aden Flint's powerful header and Robert Glatzel's second of pre-season.

First match: Smithies (Day), Osei-Tutu, Morrison, Nelson, Bennett, Hoilett, Vaulks, D'Almeida (Bowen), Evans, Paterson, Moore.

Second match: Etheridge, Bagan, Flint, Bamba, Cunningham (Margetson), Whyte, Bacuna, Pack, Murphy, Harris, Glatzel.
