Cardiff City's pre-season preparations continued today during their fourth day of training in the South Wales sun.
Neil Warnock's squad were forced to come up with some novel ways to stay cool as they were put through their paces on a fine day in the Welsh capital.
New recruit, Loïc Damour, took his place amongst the Bluebirds ranks for the session, with his signing officially announced this afternoon.
