All routes will start and finish on Cooper's Field in Bute Park, where there will be a hive of activity to get everyone ready for Memory Walk. The Memory Walk is about coming together and celebrating our loved ones who are living with, or lived with, dementia. Let’s defeat dementia once and for all.
Find out more at memorywalk.org.uk, and support the Alzheimer's Society on Wednesday evening as your donations are greatly appreciated.
Once you get to the ground, regardless of which stand you're sitting in you will find that there is plenty to do.
In the Family Stand, Cardiff City FC Foundation will be keeping all of the Junior Bluebirds entertained ahead of kick-off with their usual fun blend of games and activities.
