Matchday Travel & Voucher Information: Swansea City vs. Cardiff City
Ahead of Sunday’s fixture against Swansea City, please note the important information below:
All supporters are reminded that you must travel to the RVP at Junction 47 via coach where the voucher/ ticket exchange will take place.
Vouchers have been posted to supporters by the Cardiff City FC Ticket Office or issued to the relevant travel group representative. Please ensure that you have contacted your travel group representative and that you are aware of your pickup location and time for Sunday morning. The vouchers have the relevant contact information for you to get in touch with your designated travel group representative if you haven’t already done so. Please be advised that all supporters must board their designated coaches prior to the coaches arriving at junction 47, anybody travelling to junction 47 directly will not be permitted to board a coach and attend the fixture.
Coaches will arrive at the RV point between 9am and 10am on Sunday. Once your coach has arrived at the RV point, your vouchers will be collected by your designated travel group representative / coach steward to be exchanged for tickets.
Please be advised that you will need to have your voucher in your possession to exchange it for a valid match ticket. Voucher reprints will not be possible.
If you have not received your voucher, we advise that you check with your designated travel group to see if they have your voucher in their possession. If they are not in possession of your voucher, please contact the Ticket Office directly on 033 33 11 1920 and we will do our best to assist with your query.

Monday-Friday: 9:30am - 5pm
Saturday: 9:30am - 3pm
Sunday: Closed
Once the exchange has taken place, coaches will be escorted in batches to the Liberty Stadium under professional police escort by South Wales Police.
Please be advised, this information does not apply to those supporters who already have tickets and have been authorised to travel direct. For those supporters who are authorised to travel direct, we would like to remind you that there are no parking facilities at the Liberty Stadium besides those who have already pre-purchased accessible parking.
