The Bluebirds head into this weekend’s fixture currently sitting eight points clear at the top of the Adran Premier table.
Despite the Swans having a game in hand, a win for City this Wednesday would secure the title for the second consecutive season.
Iain Darbyshire’s side recorded a 2-0 victory at Aberystwyth Town last time out, with Mikayla Cook and Seren Watkins on the scoresheet.
Wednesday’s opponents head into the fixture on the back of a 3-2 victory over Wrexham at the STōK Cae Ras.
With the score level at 2-2 in added time, right-back Ellie Lake netted a late winner for the Swans.

Head coach Darbyshire shared his thoughts ahead of Wednesday’s fixture.
“We know that it’s going to be a difficult game and a quick turnaround from our game against Aberystwyth on Sunday. We have a great opportunity to be champions of Wales again and we’ll be aiming to do that. We have confidence and have managed to rest a few players. It’d be great to have as many supporters there as possible to cheer us on.
“It means everything to us. We’ve worked so hard all season and we’re going to aim for the three points, we’re not going to play for a draw, we’re going to go out there to get the win and finish off the job.”

Our last meeting with the Swans was a Bute Energy Welsh Cup Semi-Final at the SDM Glass Stadium in Bridgend.
With the contest set at 1-1 heading into the final five minutes, goals from substitutes Molly Kehoe and Megan Bowen saw City progress into the Final for the third successive year.
Recalling the win, Megan said: “The win meant that we are able to progress in the Cup and stay on track to achieve the targets we set for ourselves at the start of the year to win all three trophies. It means a lot to the squad that we go a step further than last year.
“It’s never easy coming into such a physical game from the bench but both me and Molly were able to pick up the tempo of the game fairly quick. We were both very pleased to be able to contribute and help the team succeed in getting to another final.”
Turning her attention to Wednesday’s clash, she added: “We know what is at stake in the game and we believe that we have more than enough talent within the squad to achieve our aims. We’re really looking forward to the opportunity that we have in the game.
“A lot of confidence can be taken from the start we’ve had to Phase Two. Only conceding one goal in three games shows how solid we’ve been. We want to carry the momentum forward throughout the rest of the campaign and into the both Cup Finals.”
