Following the launch of our season ticket information, here are a selection of answers to questions that we hope will make your 2013/14 season ticket purchase all the easier. For other queries, please call the ticket office on 0845 345 1400 during regular stadium hours.

Q. How do I know if I qualify for frozen prizes?

Q. Can I collect my season ticket in person from the ticket office?

No, sorry. All season tickets will have to be sent via post, helping to focus and streamline our delivery operation.A.


Q. When will my season ticket card be sent to me?

We expect all season ticket cards to be sent the last week in July 2013. All cards will arrive well in advance of the opening fixture of the 2013/14 season.A.


Q. Currently in the Family Stand, my child is fifteen years old, but will be turning sixteen during the 2013/14 season. Can we both stay in the Family Stand this season?

Yes you can, but this will be the last season there if it’s just the two of you and not with another child under sixteen. As an existing member of our Family Stand community you will be will allowed to stay, though next season you will need to move to another area of the ground in order for us to protect the integrity of the Family Stand, thereby continuing to offer value to future generations and young fans in what is a specific section. We operate a policy of a maximum of two adults to one child in the Family Stand. Q. Can I buy new season tickets for the Family Stand for myself and my child if the child will be turning sixteen during the 2013/14 season?

Sorry, not if it’s just the two of you. Only children under sixteen can be brought by adults as new season tickets. Should you both be bringing someone under sixteen years old, you will be allowed entry. We operate a policy of a maximum of two adults to one child in the Family Stand. Q. Why is the Zebra Finance cost £20 this year?

The £20 interest free option fee covers finance charges that are applicable to be able to facilitate the ten month payment option for all supporters. The club do not make any money whatsoever from this. Also included is a handling fee and the cost of the card, while postage for season tickets is free.  A.


Q. What is the admin fee for a non-finance purchased season ticket and what does the cost include?

All standard transactions – those not taking the finance route – include a £5 fee, which covers a handling fee and the cost of the card, while postage for season tickets is free.A.


Q. Can I swap my seat for another part of the ground next season?

Season tickets will then be taken completely off sale at 5pm on Monday April 8th 2013.st and can be enquired about from 9am, Monday April 1th You can for seats that aren’t currently taken by a season ticket holder. Existing season ticket seat reservations then remain in place until 5pm Saturday March 30A.


Q. Will the club still have a blue shirt next season?

Yes, a blue shirt will feature in our kit range for the 2013/14 season. The home shirt will again be red. Our two away options will feature blue and another colour.A.


Q. Will the club be changing the crest again for the 2013/14 season?

The club are currently exploring the possibility of changing the crest, although nothing has been finalised or decided at this time.A.
