Position: Head of Women's & Girls' Football

Iain took over Cardiff City FC Women in 2020.

The Bluebirds, under Darbyshire's tutelage, won the 2021/22 FAW Women's Cup, before going on to retain their trophy, as well as adding the Adran Premier title in 2022/23, going unbeaten in the process of becoming Champions of Wales.

As well as Head Coach of the Senior Squad, Iain oversees the development of the Women's & Girls' game at Cardiff City Football Club.
