Position: Head of Women's & Girls' Football

Noah Bushby took over Cardiff City FC Women in April 2026.

Having previously been assistant coach, Bushby first joined the Club as coach of our U16s. There, he guided City to winning the FAW Girls' Cup, before stepping up to coach our U19s. 

That brought similar success, as he led the Bluebirds to becoming National Champions, as well as winning the Hugh James SWFA Women’s Cup in April 2024. During his time with our age-grade sides, he played a key role in the development of a series of now-established Adran Premier players.

In Noah's first match in charge, the side won the Bute Energy Welsh Cup Final in dramatic fashion, coming from 3-0 down to defeat Swansea City in a penalty shootout.
