Cardiff City Stadium Staff Opportunities

Matchday Hospitality Host/Hostess (multiple positions available)

Successful candidates will be expected to deliver high quality service to customers and members on matchdays (held on weekends/evenings), with further opportunities to work at other Club and stadium events. They will:

  • Ensure that all members and supporters are greeted upon arrival and shown to their dedicated tables.
  • Assist matchday hospitality guests by taking drinks orders and being available to answer any questions.
  • Coordinate the distribution of tickets upon the members’ and customers’ arrival.
  • Distribute matchday programmes and team sheets.
  • Act as the point of contact for all queries on matchday.

Hours and rate of pay provided upon application.


Matchday Superstore Assistant (multiple positions available)

Successful candidates for this role will be expected to work in the Stadium Superstore on weekends and the occasional evening whilst displaying the following qualities:

  • Honesty and integrity
  • Accuracy in cash handling
  • An attention to detail
  • The ability to work under pressure
  • Outstanding customer service
  • Flexibility of working practises in a fast-moving working environment
  • A smart and presentable appearance.

Matchday Ticket Office Advisor (multiple positions available)

Ticket Office Advisors are often the first points of contact for many supporters when arriving at Cardiff City Stadium on matchday. It is therefore essential that successful applicants carry a friendly and professional disposition so as to maintain high standards expected.

Successful applicants will be expected to facilitate all ticketing requirements and queries whilst displaying the following attributes:

  • An ability to work well under pressure
  • Understand technology to a competent level
  • Offer outstanding customer service
  • Have experience in cash handling
  • Have a high attention to detail
  • Be able to sell and distribute tickets with efficiency.

Matchday Bar, Retail Service, Kitchen, Waiting and Hospitality Staff (multiple positions available)

Levy UK is the official catering partner of Cardiff City Football Club at Cardiff City Stadium. Multiple opportunities are now available within the matchday team, with bar, retail service, kitchen porter, waiting and hospitality box staff required.

Shift lengths vary between 4 to 10+ hours on matchday and at conferences and events. Full training and briefings are provided with an hourly rate of pay starting at £9.30 per hour.

Academy: Part Time Coach Foundation Phase U7 – U10  

Cardiff City Academy is an integral part of the Club’s vision. A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the Cardiff City Academy Coaching Department. 

We are now seeking part-time coaches who will play a pivotal role in providing our schoolboy players with an excellent grounding in skill development in line with the Academy coaching curriculum and vision. The successful candidate will be provided with support in their professional development by the Foundation Phase Lead staff and Head of Coaching.
