“It’s a massive game,” head coach Iain Darbyshire began. “We know these are the games we have to win if we’re to be challenging at the end of the season.

“We’ve had a good start and so have they. They haven’t lost a league game since 2018, so we know it’ll be hard.

“We’re going to have to do everything right on the day. We are going to have to play a near perfect game. But I don’t have any doubts that we’re capable of that when we’re at our best.

“It is a test. Ultimately, with the size of the Club we are and with the talents we have now, we should be challenging.

“It’ll be a good indicator to where we are at. These are the games where you’re buzzing all week. All week has been great leading up.

“We’re looking forward to it.”

Captain Siobhan Walsh added: “We’re taking it all game-by-game at the moment and continuing to progress.

“I think we’ve had an okay start. We’ve had three results, but I think we can still play better. We’re aiming to build on what we’ve achieved so far.

“We know it is going to be difficult. It’ll be a very different game to what we’ve played so far. We have a game plan and hopefully that pays off and we get a result.”
